Deposit
One month of fees paid in advance, held on your account and returned as a credit on your final invoice with one month’s written notice.
Minimum attendance: Children must attend a minimum of 2 core sessions per week to support emotional security and a calm settling-in experience.
3-day patterns: At least one booked day must be a Monday or Friday, subject to availability.
Wraparound care is subject to availability and requires a minimum of one week’s advance booking.
Fees are payable monthly and do not include bank holidays or the two weeks closure at Christmas.
Consumables cover nutritious meals & snacks, non-food essentials (nappies, wipes, sun cream, bedding, aprons & spare clothing), and extracurricular activities. Families may opt out of any one or more categories and provide their own — full details in our Consumables Policy.
